Description: Here is a high-grade Swiss made minute repeating pocket watch that is in superb condition. The open face case measures 1-15/16” by 2-9/16” to the top of the crown. The chimes (or gongs): 1 each for the hour, double chimes for the quarter hours, and fast chimes for the minutes. The chimes are loud and distinct. The dial is enamel and Arabic with red fives. The hands are spades. The glass crystal is in good shape. The movement is marked "STAMMERBACH, SWISS, 4 ADJUSTMENTS, 17 JEWELS" and bears the number "100824". The case is a double hinged back. There is a monogram of GMS on the back. 59.9 dwt.
