Description:	Frank Lin Collection of Modern Chinese Rarities. One of fifteen lots offered at High Bidder's Choice. As stated on the certificate: "The Commemorative Silver Coin of Chinese Panda 2005 is legal tender of the People's Republic of China, issued by the People's Bank of China, minted by Shanghai Mint, and solely distributed by China Gold Coin Incorporation. The obverse depicts the Temple of Heaven in Beijing, the title of PRC and the year date. The reverse features a panda with a cub, and the face value. The coin is round in shape, 100mm in diameter, 99.9% in fineness, 300 yuan in face value, and contains 1 kilogram of pure silver. The total mintage is 4000. This is to certify that the coin is proof in quality and is up to standard as to its fineness and weight.” (scotia)
