Description: KVK Collection. The Philadelphia example is unquestionably a blazing, lustrous specimen, housed in an older "no line" holder that may have played a role in inducing deeper russet-gold on the rims. The Denver representative offers matte, chalk-white presence heavily induced by very strong die-polish throughout. Interestingly, the San Francisco example also offers strong matte presence, though not quite so pronounced as the preceding, and this coin also has a couple of minor ticks on the portrait. Three coin lot (scotia).
