Description: 17 graded PR-66 CAM, 19 higher at PCGS. Intensity of contrast grabs hold of the mind's eye and doesn't let go, especially as viewed from the obverse since this side sits on the cusp of UCAM. Stark arctic-white texture frosts over all the devices and slides placidly upon near-perfect mirrors, again, especially for the more important obverse. And to say that this is a fully struck proof might be an understatement, since even the interior of the eagle's pupil is fully rounded in and out, and itself frosted.
