Description: Unlike the United States Mint, the People’s Bank of China can actually count and decided it would make sense to produce an anniversary collection in the appropriate year of celebration. Only 1,000 sets were issued and these truly limited collections included two coins and one medal, with this set being described as follows: a 1991 Silver 2oz. 10 Yuan Piedfort NGC PR-69 Ultra Cameo silver panda, a 1991 Piedfort 50 Yuan 1oz. NGC PR-67 Ultra Cameo gold panda, and a (1991) China 60mm 3.3oz. silver 10th Anniversary Panda commemorative medal NGC PR-69. The two legal tender issues come with COA’s and the entire three piece collection comes with the original wooden display box as well (ck).
