Description: Bass-Dannreuther-1. While there is no evidence of a die-clash as would be seen for die-state "b", a crack extends from the end of the eagle's right (observed) wing to the rim. Given the rich, frosty luster and borderline-original color (carrot-gold accents visit recessed portions of the planchet), one could almost forgive a small, isolated shiny area in the reverse left field which appears to inspire the PCGS "tooled" disclaimer. Seemingly very attractive otherwise.
