Lot Title: Five Civil War Tokens certified by ANACS
Lot Number: 998
Description: Holly Berry Trio Collection. Year after year, Civil War tokens and store cards climb slowly and steadily in popularity, with attribution always proving to be a cornerstone in the joy of collecting these historic witnesses to history None is individually extremely rare within this group, but this is highly appealing selection with ANACS grades that seem downright conservative in at least a couple of cases. Going right off the ANACS attributions, we list: 1863 13/297a CWT (MS-63, one of the Army & Navy classics with ideal red-brown), undated NOT ONE CENT CWT (MS-62 RB, easily looks choice), undated OUR Navy 337/350a CWT (MS-63 BN, lustrous purple-teal), 1863 890E-8b store card (MS-64, Robinson & Ballou), and undated 010-H-1A store card (MS-62 BN, DL Wing & Co). Five coin lot.

This lot may contain an item not certified by ANACS, PCGS, or NGC. While Scotsman Auction Co. is typically conservative in our descriptions of items not certified by one of these companies, we cannot guarantee our grading estimation will match their grade. We highly recommend that collectors seeking items certified by a third-party grading service only bid on items that have already been certified. No lot can be returned because of a variance in judgment with regards to grade.
