Lot Title: 1937 Proof Set in a Capital Plastics holder
Lot Number: 961
Description: The Isallobar Collection. As any United States proof set enthusiast can tell you the early year sets simply do not come pretty. Contrarily, this 1937 five coin proof set is filled with nothing but extremely attractive coins that are free from any major blemishes or ugly tones. Housed in a Capital plastic holder leads one to believe that his particular set was certainly hand-picked and it shows! All three silver issues are blast white while the Buffalo nickel and Lincoln cent maintain their original appeal but without any distracting ugliness (ck).

This lot may contain an item not certified by ANACS, PCGS, or NGC. While Scotsman Auction Co. is typically conservative in our descriptions of items not certified by one of these companies, we cannot guarantee our grading estimation will match their grade. We highly recommend that collectors seeking items certified by a third-party grading service only bid on items that have already been certified. No lot can be returned because of a variance in judgment with regards to grade.
