Description: Walking Liberty half dollars are amongst the most collected coins on earth and after viewing this set there is little question as to why. This Whitman album set has only one vacancy and that is the 1921. Examples range anywhere in grade from About Good to Almost Uncirculated with several issues that are above average for their date. The most outstanding elements of this series are described as follows: a 1916 (VG), a 1917-D Obverse (XF), a 1918 (XF), a 1920 (XF), a 1921-D (VG, rim bruise), a 1937 (AU++), and a 1938-D (VF, light clean). Years of effort were put into this set and it is readily apparent to even the untrained eye (ck).
