Lot #: Go
Lot Title: 1896 PR-64 CAC, and a 1902 PR-66, both PCGS
Lot Number: 639
Description: The Barracuda Collection. Fragile and delicate, a thin layer of almond-bronze layers over 1896, and its surface seems remarkably free from hairlines given the PR-64 assessment. The strike for this piece is absolutely exquisite and complete, missing not even the tiniest vestige of detail within the vegetation motifs. Trivial surface haze skates over isolated portions of 1902 and this example is not as well struck as its companion, but the inimitably white, bright presentation is a sight to behold. Two coin lot.
