Lot #: Go
Lot Title: 1909-S Lincoln MS-64 BN, and a 1914-D XF-40 BN, both NGC
Lot Number: 574
Description: Tamarind Consignment. It's nigh impossible not to suppress a "wow", as the color of the 1909-S appears to be blatantly under-designated by NGC. How they determined a coin with 50% mint red remaining to be only "BN" is beyond explanation, so immediately resubmit the cent for at least an RB designation, even if an excellent central strike somehow avoided imprinting "L" in LIBERTY. 1914-D features olive highlights over caramel-brown, no sizable marks, and appears to be completely original example. Two coin lot.
