Grades range anywhere from Very Good to Brilliant Uncirculated which leads on to believe this was truly a collectors set. While there is not enough catalog space to describe each and every facet of this comprehensive collection the following issues stand out: an 1878 8TF (AU), an 1878-CC (MS-60+), an 1879-CC (VG), an 1880 (BU), an 1880-O (AU++), an 1881-CC (XF, rev scratches), an 1882-CC (MS-60+), an 1883-CC (MS-60+), an 1884 (MS-60+), an 1885-CC (MS-60+), an 1886-S (XF), an 1888-S (AU++ PL), an 1889-CC VG cleaned), and an 1891-CC (AU).
