Description: PCGS states "graffiti", but the scratches are nearly random, comprised of only a single offense on the obverse and a small scribble on the upper reverse. This is quite unfortunate, too, given the handsome level of sharpness remaining, suggestive of a very decent strike for a Charlotte piece. The "large date" is more common than its "small date" counterpart.
