Lot Title: Sterling Silver Native American Jewelry
Lot Number: 319
Description: This lot includes Native American sterling silver items in good condition. The first item includes a four piece belt set made by Celeste & Elizabeth Cooche, circa 1950’s, with beautifully inlayed stones. The next piece is a Zuni channel inlay mother of pearl bib style necklace measuring approximately 18” long and the piece is signed MM, possible Mamie Mateya though we can’t be sure. The third item is a matching set including a Zuni belt buckle with inlayed stones (buckle pin is broken off and a piece of onyx is chipped) and a matching bolo tie featuring the same design of the Longhorn Kachina Five Feather. Both pieces are marked VL which could mean it’s made by Vera Luna or Virgil Leekya.
