Lot #: Go
Lot Title: 1824 AU-53, and an 1831 AU-55, both PCGS
Lot Number: 782
Description: Substantial luster emanates from the aluminum-white reverse of 1824 and the eagle's wing is nicely strike-doubled. The obverse would be just as nice if not for a strangely distracting stain that ejects from Liberty's head. Warm lavender-grey entirely drapes the 1831, but even though it is graded higher than its companion, significantly less actual luster may be seen on either side. Two coin lot.
