Description: Going To Houston Consignment. NGC registers a single specimen in higher grade (AU-55), and three at the accompanying AU-50 grade, although as always, the caveat is that the enormous majority of world coins have never been certified. Struck at the Tower Mint in London on a typical misshapen flan, the overall impression is that of an oblong piece with all legends at least partially present. The King fully makes his presence on the trotting horse, completely outlined within the circumscribed border, while all of the premier devices on the reverse are full, if coarsely present. Lovely pewter-grey.
