Lot #: Go
Lot Title: 1916-D About Good-3 and 1942/1 VF-30, both PCGS CACCAC
Lot Number: 703
Description: An unusual pairing of key Mercury dimes, these are ideal for the collector who is determined to complete her collection at reasonable cost. Ideal dove-grey patina settles across 1916-D (AG-3), although the details are a trifle weak even for the grade, such that the obverse rim merges into the top of every letter. 1942/1 also displays natural beige-grey patina with some tobacco-orange accents, and all of the vertical lines of the fasces appear to be fully delineated. Two coin lot.
