Description: Bert Davies Collection. Unexpectedly decent sharpness produces most of the central details on either side for a date that is frequently seen with poor definition, as only a few intricate details failed to be struck up over the ear. A sheer pleasure to view under a good light source, the surface exudes wonderful apricot-white luster and frothy texture. Oh-so-close to the "gem" level, there are no mentionable abrasions at all, with the grade determined by the presence of very faint luster grazes.
