Description:	Bert Davies Collection. Prooflike examples pair up for this PCGS-certified offering. Lovely rim toning drapes inward with blossoming orange and hints of vivid cobalt for 1879, and the strike is incredibly deep and accurate, but eagle-eyed bidders may note some peculiar greyish spots within the upper hair. 1884-CC borders upon a full strike as well, but in this case, a small splash of grey may be seen at lower right of the obverse. Two coin lot.
