Description: Wire rims affirm the no-question proof striking format. The "star" designation must be intended to denote exceptional cameo contrast, and indeed, the first-glance visual impact is every bit that of an "ultra-cameo" proof. Blistering white mirrors show flat reflectivity at several inches out from either side. Literally, one can see the EXIT sign across the room, with the coin held a foot away from the eyes. Why is this not UCAM, NGC?! Crack this one out and resubmit it right away, folks. Blazing white and pristine, with nary a sign of toning, and only a few tiny pimples in the obverse upper field to detract from perfection. Crack this one out and resubmit it right away, folks.
