Description: The Motorman Consignment. A trio of type coins, all certified, comprise this enticing offering. First is an 1839 half-dime that seems, at first glance, slightly nicer than the NGC MS-61 grade, except that a linear abrasion and a couple of friction points in the obverse right field will limit the grade. Next is an 1857 half-dime that has no such drawbacks at the PCGS MS-64 grade, and indeed, this coin displays outstanding luster and highly appealing platinum-grey patina with a few toning stripes on the obverse. Finally, an 1887 dime at PCGS MS-62 offers fair luster only slightly inhibited by a touch of friction within the fields. Three coin lot.
