Description: Scarlet Seller Collection. The first thing that should grab attention is the remarkably well executed strike, which has brought up every possible vestige of detail from the sunken-relief dies. However, what the observe is likely to notice first is the unusual coloration that merges predominant carrot-gold with somewhat jagged lime-green overtones on the obverse, although the reverse has become more sedately endowed with deep russet-gold hues. There are no copper spots affecting either side of this Gem example.
