Description: Nearly complete is the first thought that comes to mind when viewing this four album lot. There are two almost complete Statehood/Territories Washington quarter album sets that are each missing a year of issues. The first set is complete from 1999 through 2003 and picks up in 2005 and is complete through the territories issues of 2009. The second collection is also complete from 1999 through 2003 but picks up in 2004 and is complete through 2008 (not including the territories). P, D, S (clad proof), and S (silver proof) issues are included in every album with one set missing all of the 2004 issues and the other missing the 2009 issues. It would take very little effort to plug in the missing pieces to this puzzle (ck).
