Description: Sheldon-87 has the date slanting gently down to the right, with "6" slightly closer to the dentils than the bust. Due to heavy wear, one cannot examine proximity between "F" on the reverse and the leaf below to confirm the reverse die, but looking at the fraction area, the bar favors the right side, and "100" has the central zero punched in a bit low. Seemingly recolored, this example displays bold walnut brown patina that helps downplay the expected surface roughness, as well as a pair of diagonal contact lines in the obverse right field.
