Description: High-Low Collection. Consisting of four Capital plastic boards there are only three mint issues missing from this collection and that list does NOT include the 1893-S! The missing links to completing this set are the 1883, 1887, and 1899-O. These missing issues are actually represented by an 1893, 1897, and 1900-O respectively. Swapping these 1893, 1897, and 1900-O Morgan dollars for the much more readily available 1883, 1887, and 1899-O of your choosing should be an easy transaction to complete. Grades range widely from AG all the way up to Choice Uncirculated suggesting that the original collector was working with a ?buy what you can afford? budget. The highlights of board #1 are as follows: 1878 7/8TF (MS-62), 1878-CC (MS-61), 1879-CC (VF, reverse rim bumps), 1881-CC (XF, dipped), and 1883-S (AU). The noteworthy coins of board #2 are as follows: 1884-CC (MS-64, pleasing obverse toning), 1885-CC (AG), 1886-O (AU-58), 1888-S (AU), 1889-CC (F), and the 1889-S (AU). The lengthy list of honorable mentions in board #3 are as follows: 1891-CC (XF), 1892-S (VF), 1893 (XF, cleaned), 1893-CC (XF), 1893-O (G), 1893-S (G), 1894 (VG, cleaned), 1895-O (G), and the 1895-S (XF).
