Contrasting with the typical, heavily worn "entry level" set, this collection features numerous upgraded examples such that quite a lot of examples on the first page have full vertical lines in the fasces, suggesting an unexpected grade range of very-fine and better. A few key date examples include: 1916-D (Good-plus and just on the cusp of VG), 1921 (VG), 1921-D (Fine), 1926-S (XF), and 1945-S "micro S" (VF).
