Description: Watertown Collection. A jaw-dropping group of 1944-S and 1955-S Lincoln cents. Of the twenty-six 1944-S examples, twenty-one are full Reds. Of the twenty-four 1955-S cents, sixteen are full Reds. All are GEM MS-66. The majority of the 1955-S pieces show stunning burgundy red tones, with a handful of them being completely electric and mixed with radiant blue and apple-green hues. They are a sight to behold. Conversely, the majority of the 1944-S coins look virtually as-struck (Scotia described).
