Description: Almost absurdly original examples of the 1934-D dollar comprise this pairing. Both feature 'the look' that reminds one of a mint-set coin, although of course, these never appeared in any such official mint product. One must assume both coins spent a lot of time in an album in order to acquire the marvelous mellow-grey patina, along with extensive threads of tobacco-brown color. Two coin lot.
