Description: 1880/79-CC VAM-7 can be instantly recognized by the dash beneath the second "8", but this appears to be an early die-state example that features only light clash between the dies, evident only on the obverse. A distinctly frosty example, both sides exhibit very fragile, pale grey adornment. Slight incompleteness of strike left behind some vertically planchet striations across the center of both sides, particularly noticeable at the eagle's breast.
