Description: Mintage: 42,565. The presence of perhaps four to five skinny but noticeable staple scratches on the obverse does not bode well for a straight grade, and indeed, PCGS declined the opportunity, opining instead upon the sharpness level of AU, which is clearly accurate. Obvious flowline luster roams the fields, and only ten points of wear appears evident over the portrait.
