Description: KM#199.2. Mintage: 408,000. Many of these are counterstamped, but not so with this unblemished example. Rather, the only distraction seen derives from production itself, as numerous light grey streaks in the planchet were present upon striking. Aside from this, the quality is quite impressive given the lack of any obvious abrasions or evidence of mishandling found on either side.
