A solitary PCGS slab encapsulates 1938-D as grading MS-66, and this is an absolutely scorching ice-white coin, blushed by a slight touch of gold at obverse lower left. Additional pieces reside in old ANACS slab and may be listed as follows: 1936 (MS-65, stunning apricot-silver gem), 1937-D (MS-66, twinges of peach-grey throughout), and 1939-S (MS-65, bronze with attractive mossy-gold accents). Four coin lot.
