Description:	Clem Stevens Collection. Very-gem examples of the Washington quarters are the only representatives with this sizable, attractive grouping. Only four repeats appear herein, making the list very brief, as follows: 1940, 1940-S, 1942-D (lightly toned), 1943 (steam-grey), 1944-S, 1945-S, 2x 1946-D, 1946-S (speckled toning), 2x 1947, 2x 1947-S (one has modest album toning), 1948 (subtle arctic blue tinges), 1948-S, 1952-S (possibly mint-set patina), 2x 1953-S (one has splashes of russet-gold), 1954-S (likely mint-set toning), and 1964 (splashes of darker tobacco-gold). Twenty coin lot.
