Description: VAM-2, Top-100 offers the "micro S" reverse, a rare die-marriage that substantially elevates the value of a coin that is already costly just as a semi-key in the Morgan dollar series. The variety was created when the punch intended for use on Barber quarters was inadvertently (we assume) used for the reverse die. The medium grey surface is nearly as attractive as it can possibly be at XF-45, since the obverse displays immaculate quality with absolutely no distractions, while the reverse has only some light, linear surface grazes beneath "we trust".
