Description: Blackjack Can Collection. Technically about average for the MS-65 grade level, the eye-appeal is slightly more elevated than expected, as is often true for the 1899-S. Shimmering, modest reflectivity emanating from the fields surrounds the ivory-white features, helping to bring about hints of cameo effect without really any prooflike character. A brief patch of ticks toward the back of Liberty's jaw and surface grazes above the eagle's head likely limit upgrade potential. Nearly colorless, with but a faint touch of yellow on the portrait.
