Description: It is true that the feathers at the eagle's shoulder have not been fully delineated by the dies, but the obverse appears to be considerably better struck, featuring pinpoint-accurate detailing everywhere, including each vein of every feather. This is a fantastic survivor of the inaugural date, and a noticeably more challenging issue at MS-64.
