Silver Dollar-Morgan
First is a fully frosted and blistering white 1885-S that displays a very good strike and distinctive semi-prooflike fields on the reverse. If anything, the Arctic-bright 1886-S appears even whiter but perhaps slightly less well defined than its example, the brilliance accompanied by a virtually pristine cheek. Two coin lot.

Silver Dollar-Morgan
Ice-white throughout and nicely frosted across both sides. Although more or less sharply struck, the exact center of either side barely misses perfection. Delicate golden hue shows on the rims and a loupe finds a reedmark on the cheek. Always a popular key stemming from a relatively low mintage just shy of 400-thousand.
