Scarce with "PPQ" designated at the CU63 level is this St. Louis Federal Reserve Note. Were the front centered a bit more properly to the right, one would expect a full gem grade to reflect blazing paper and pinpoint-sharp detailing.

Details fall right into the sharpness range of 53/55 and include a noticeably bold central strike yielding two full, completely separated bands. A couple of irrelevant hairlines in the reverse right field seem to be the only surface anomalies worth mentioning.
