Delightful, vintage orange luster graces both sides and helps to downplay the very few abrasions that visit the obverse. More than a handful of small nicks pepper the eagle's neck on the reverse, undoubtedly helping to determine grade. While certainly not a rarity within the series, 1914 could be considered a better entry, given domination of population reports by the truly common dates.

Mama bird holds a diamond in her beak that measures approximately .05 ct., SI clarity, G color. The baby bird eyes are faceted round rubies that measure 2mm each. Dimensions: 1.75" x 1.75”, 11 dwt.
