Cheddars de Voirs Collection. Frosted luster despite a slightly deficient strike, this is a nearly choice example of the "open 3", considered somewhat scarcer than the "closed 3" sub-type. The coin might reach choice consideration if not for distinct reed marks imprinted on the neck, although a weaker strike might also be noted. Still, attractive vintage golden hue blooms over decent luster on both sides.
