VAM-3D and a spectacularly late state whereby the dies were repolished to remove clashmarks and other defects. The cap break shows plainly with a loupe. An absolutely gorgeous DMPL example with deep, watery fields and not too many little chicken scratch abrasions on the cheek.

Half Dimes-Liberty Seated
Dino-Mite Collection. A trio of choice more-or-less half-dimes get proper PCGS treatment in terms of grade. Included are: 1844 (roll friction in obverse right field while otherwise completely doused in attractive wintergreen patina), 1847 in MS-64 (very attractive album toning on cleanly struck details), and 1847 in MS-62 (olive-green obverse and more olive-gold and greenish hues on the reverse all over clashed dies). Three coin lot.
