  • Oh no, another turtle! Well, when it is an Italian designer piece by CORLETTO, you just have to showcase! Crafted in 18K yellow gold, the fur clip or dress pin on offer features black enamel eyes and a red and white enamel turtle shell embellished with a flower design and small round brilliant diamond accents. The seven gemstones weigh approximately .15 cttw, SI clarity, G-H color. Trombone closure for one side of the clip. Enamel is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. Dimensions: 1.5” x 1.2”, 13.7 dwt.

  • Gold $2.50-Liberty Head Quarter Eagle
  • An absolutely incredible strike smacked every last possible vestige of detail upon both sides. Although essentially free from marks, delicate hairlines join greenish iridescence to help adjudicate the grade.

  • Lot #871 - 1909-S VDB Lincoln PCGS MS-64RB CAC
  • Hammer: $2,900
  • Small Cents-Lincoln, Wheat
  • Growth Collection. There was a phase about ten years ago when MS-64 RB was considered "best" for the 1909-S VDB in terms of bang for the buck, and perhaps that holds true today. This example certainly seems on the verge of a red designation as either side gleams with 85% of the vintage brick-orange hue. Interestingly, this key cent was possibly struck off of a very slightly clipped planchet, since what appears to be a trio of tiny rim dings at first glance prove, upon closer inspection, to be almost certainly as-struck. An exceptionally detailed Lincoln cent with virtually no disturbances that would meaningfully preclude higher grade consideration.
