  • Lot #375 - 1915 NGC MS-64 CAC
  • Gold $2.50-Indian Head Quarter Eagle
  • Marvelously struck and clean. Somehow flashy yet still boasting obvious matte texture, eye-appeal flows readily for this better earlier date.

  • Lot #3 - Roman Empire - Brutus (44-42 BC) stater - NGC Choice Uncirculated
  • Hammer: $2,100
  • Ancient Coins-Roman Empire
  • Pacific Coast Highway Collection. OBV: Roman consul walking left accompanied by two lictors. REV: eagle facing left stands on scepter clutching laurel wreath in right talon. That ancient technology was capable of such detail on both sides of a coin nearly defies belief. While struck perhaps 15% off-center, the flan still somehow received flowline effect very much similar to modern cartwheel luster.
