Nearly perfect centering and nearly perfect paper quality team up to make this uncut run of (6) 1929 Type 2 $5 Huntingdon, Pennsylvania National bank notes a truly wonderful example of the type! PMG has wisely graded this sheet as Gum Uncirculated 65 EPQ. It is worth mentioning that the serial numbers range from A000007 through A000012 and that the Charter number is #31. Morals And Liberty Collection. Kagin-3b (R.5) "short arrows" reverse. Cataloger's grade: [AU-50]. Lightly worn overall and not showing any blatant singular issues, the surface has managed to fend off the major contact marks that are often seen on such large, heavy coins. Kellogg & Company produced fewer double-eagles in 1855 than they had in the prior year and catalog values generally reflect that fact. The surface has likely been trivially cleaned at one time, as can be inferred by delicate sporadic hairlines, and some light reedmarks show in the obverse left field, joined by few delicate abrasions within the lines of the shield.
