Cheddars de Voirs Collection. First is 1873 "open 3" showing satin-laden surface texture, but luster perhaps a trifle weakened by faint hairlines. Accompanying is 1873 "closed 3" blanketed by noticeably glowing golden hue over surfaces that exhibit occasional flashes of reflectivity. Two coin lot.

First is 1934 dollar (L&M-110, KM#624), typically lustrous and showing only average marks beneath pale pearl-white patina. Accompanying is a not-often-seen China-Taiwan 1949 chiao, KM#Y-531, burning with flame-red color and luster while minute flecks of olive-brown shower either side. Two coin lot.
