PMG has wisely graded this sheet as Gum Uncirculated 65 EPQ. It is worth mentioning that the serial numbers range from A000007 through A000012 and that the Charter number is #31. Sharpness actually reaches five points higher but a handful of slightly more noticeable blemishes land on the cheek and two brief but shiny pinscratches rest left of the eagle's portrait. The reverse was undoubtedly fully prooflike and the obverse semi-prooflike when struck, with modest circulation removing some overall luster.
