First is a fully frosted and blistering white 1885-S that displays a very good strike and distinctive semi-prooflike fields on the reverse. If anything, the Arctic-bright 1886-S appears even whiter but perhaps slightly less well defined than its example, the brilliance accompanied by a virtually pristine cheek. Two coin lot.
