Gold $5-Indian Head Half Eagle
Cheddars de Voirs Collection. Known as one of the better produced issues of the Indian half-eagle series, this example does not disappoint given terrific luster and meticulous details. Roll friction on the cheek appears to be the primary grade motivator, although a reedmark hangs in the field left of the Indian's neck.

Included are: 1911-S (struck with unexpected sharpness and slightly glossy over bold luster), and 1913-D (remarkable purplish over tones swirl over about two-thirds of the obverse and a quarter of the reverse). From the Running Bear Trading Group of Gallup, NM. here’s a signed sterling silver, turquoise and sand agate cuff bracelet. The turquoise appears to be from the Ithica Peak mine. Makers initials are J.S. for James Shay of the Navajo nation. This bracelet is in excellent condition. 1.88 troy ounces.
