Nearly perfect centering and nearly perfect paper quality team up to make this uncut run of (6) 1929 Type 2 $5 Huntingdon, Pennsylvania National bank notes a truly wonderful example of the type! PMG has wisely graded this sheet as Gum Uncirculated 65 EPQ. It is worth mentioning that the serial numbers range from A000007 through A000012 and that the Charter number is #31. Dimes-Liberty Seated
13 graded PR-65 CAM, 1 graded PR-65 CAM "star", 47 higher at NGC. Bone white and struck with the extreme precision one expects. A low mintage of 875 pieces seems to have survived in poor quantities are gem-and-better examples are difficult to locate. Outstanding mirrors here might have been impetus for an ULTRA designation but the contrast is not as vivid as seen for true early strikes.
