84 graded MS-62, 61 higher at NGC. The Red Book seemingly underrates how much rarer the "upright 5" is compared to the "slanted 5" sub-type as they appear to be substantially scarcer by comparison. Bag friction in the fields seems to have helped define the grade yet this example features ample pale luster and decent sharpness except for "ERI" on the obverse.

Simply great luster immediately greets the eye. Unquestionably superior color takes on two tones throughout as threads of amber-orange trace around yellow-gold details. A sharp abrasion directly above the portrait plays into the grade, which otherwise might well have elevated into the lowest mint-state levels.
